Summio subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. The applicable fee for your chosen monthly or yearly plan will be charged to your account. A reminder email is sent before each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are a consumer, you can cancel your initial subscription within 14 days from the day after the transaction without giving any reason. For subscription services, this right applies to the initial subscription purchase and not to each automatic renewal.
If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused, including in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
The consumer right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has already started downloading, streaming, or otherwise being acquired, or where you have already received the benefit of the product.
To cancel within the 14-day period or request a refund review, contact us and include your payment date, account email, and Paddle invoice number (if available).
